Making a prototype
The idea arises at a meeting in the board room and after considering the different options, the confirmation is forwarded to the research and development laboratory. The research team starts with a prototype, which is in fact inoperative, in which aesthetics is the first thing to consider. This model is given to the right people so that they can express their opinion and make any changes. After resetting the appearance of the model, an internal working set of the handset is developed.
The software team is now stepping in to breathe life into the phone. It is basically a predetermined operating system to be loaded into the phone. It is absolutely necessary that the equipment, which is part of the electronics team, is compatible for the smooth functioning of the operating system. Many experts check here in their own way whether the system works as expected.
Construction and execution
Each element of the mobile phone is created separately. First, the phone casing is made. Most cell phones use simple plastic, which is created by a process known as injection molding. After the housing is created, the circuit board is printed and the necessary software / operating system is loaded. The circuit board is then placed in the housing with a series of eyebolt screws.
The phone is thoroughly tested for quality, performance and other parameters before production. They are tested for both hardware and software. Various tests are performed, such as a drop test, bend test and water test, to check its operation.
